Sibel UNCU has specialized in social security law for over twenty years, in line with her working life and experiences. She has extensive knowledge and experience in many areas of social security legislation, especially in the field of Social Security legislation, employer transactions, insurance transactions, insurance premium incentives, retirement, work accidents and occupational diseases, and minimum labor issues.
She completed her undergraduate education in computer programming, business administration and law.
She started working at the Social Security Institution in 2005 and worked in various positions for approximately 15 years, working as a Social Security Inspector and assistant manager. She worked as an Assistant Revenue Expert at the Revenue Administration between 2013-2024. She graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2020 and completed her legal internship in 2023, and is a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. She also works as a mediator and expert.
She specializes in social security investigations, reconciliations, incentive follow-up and social security law.
She has been working as a social security consultant in the private sector since 2022.
