Sena Acar, who has been providing consultancy services in the field of social security for over six years, possesses extensive knowledge of social security legislation and practices. She has particular expertise in SSI (Social Security Institution) legislation, premium applications, social security employment incentives, employer obligations, and labor law.
She successfully graduated from Akdeniz University Faculty of Business Administration in 2017. During her undergraduate studies, she acquired a comprehensive academic foundation in the fundamental areas of business administration, namely management and organization, finance, accounting, and human resources.
Within the scope of her professional work, she supports employers and employees in managing their social security processes effectively and in accordance with legislation; she provides consultancy on benefiting from incentives correctly and sustainably, managing premium processes, resolving legislative problems encountered in practice, and correctly structuring the relationship between labor law and social security. She closely follows current developments in the field of social security and offers practical and reliable solutions for implementation.
