Meryem Uzun graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Istanbul University in 2019. She began her professional career in 2020 at the NAZALI Istanbul office and has been working at NAZALI since then.
As of 2025, Meryem Uzun continues her role as a Manager in the Tax Audit Department, specializing in tax law, tax audits and full certification (tam tasdik). During this period, she has provided services to many leading companies in their sectors, including both domestic and foreign-capital enterprises. She has also gained extensive experience in areas such as investment incentives, R&D incentives and similar incentive schemes.
Throughout her professional career, she has undertaken significant responsibilities in the implementation and interpretation of tax legislation and in the management of interactions between clients and the Tax Administration. In this context, together with her team, she provides guidance to leading companies on compliance with tax legislation and plays an active role in critical matters such as tax planning and the effective implementation of incentive mechanisms.
Her various evaluations on tax practices have been published on the NAZALI Gündem platform.
