Mehmet Topal is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA – SMMM) with extensive professional experience in accounting, taxation, and financial advisory services. He specializes in the end-to-end management of accounting and tax compliance processes, as well as in supporting companies in fulfilling their financial and statutory obligations while minimizing operational and tax-related risks. He primarily advises domestic and international clients within the scope of outsourcing services.
His core areas of expertise include bookkeeping and statutory accounting, preparation of tax returns, payroll and salary calculations, preparation of periodic tax reports, e-government and e-tax applications, company establishment and liquidation procedures before tax offices and the Social Security Institution, VAT and Special Consumption Tax (SCT) refund processes, and investment incentive schemes.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Istanbul University and graduated from the Justice Program at Anadolu University. He completed his Master’s degree in Finance at Beykent University.
Mehmet Topal began his professional career in 2006 in the private sector, where he worked in a production department responsible for monitoring inventory inflows and outflows. In 2009, he served as an accountant. Following the completion of his undergraduate studies, he joined an international tax and accounting advisory firm in 2011 as a Tax Consultant and continued his career there as a Senior Consultant as of 2018.
Since 2019, he has been working at NAZALI as a Director in the Outsourcing Services Department, providing strategic accounting, tax, and financial advisory services to clients operating in various industries.
Mehmet Topal is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (ISMMMO) and in English.
