Mehmet Furkan Kumral has experience in end-to-end payroll operations, payroll-related reporting, 1003B Muhtasar and SGK declarations, calculations related to labour disputes and employee receivables, as well as payroll audits, with a strong focus on payroll and personnel administration processes.
He started his professional career at NAZALI in 2018 as a trainee and has continued to develop within the firm’s corporate structure and culture. During this period, he specialised in payroll operations and currently serves as an Outsource Payroll Manager.
Within the scope of outsourced payroll services at NAZALI, he worked for one year on hospital payroll operations for a leading healthcare institution recognised as a sector pioneer.
Subsequently, he served as a project lead for a globally recognised retail company, managing payroll operations that reached approximately 9,500 employees per month during peak periods.
Currently, together with the payroll team based in İzmir, he provides payroll services and consultancy to companies with domestic and foreign capital operating across various sectors.
