Fatih Bakır specializes in social security law. Having worked as a Social Security Supervisor for eight years, Bakır has extensive knowledge and experience in many areas of social security legislation, particularly in the fields of minimum labour, insurance transactions, insurance premium incentives, retirement, work accidents and occupational diseases.

After completing his undergraduate education in Economics and Business Administration in 2005, he worked as a Social Security Supervisor at the Social Security Institution in 2008 and participated in many audits and examinations for 8 years.

Bakır is also a Class C Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, has been working in NAZALI as a director in the Social Security Department since 2016 and continues to work as a partner as of 2022.

At NAZALI, Fatih Bakır conducts social security and labour law analysis and inspections for workplaces on behalf of employer during the audits conducted by the Social Security Institution and the Ministry of Labour, determines insurance premium incentives that employers can benefit from, and finds solutions to problems of employers in the field of social security legislation.
