Fatih Ahmet BAKIR has specialized in social security law based on his education and experience. Having served as a Social Security Inspector for eight years, Bakır possesses extensive knowledge and experience in many areas of social security legislation, including minimum wage, insurance procedures, insurance premium incentives, retirement, work accidents, and occupational diseases.

Born in Adana in 1979, he graduated from Çukurova University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2005 and another Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2006. Between 2008 and 2016, he worked as a Social Security Inspector at the Social Security Institution, conducting numerous audits and inspections over eight years. Also a Class C Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, Bakır served as a director in the Social Security Department from 2016 onwards and continues to work as a partner at NAZALI as of 2022.

Fatih Bakır NAZALI conducts inspections and audits in workplaces regarding social security and labor law issues, provides audit reports on behalf of employers during audits conducted by the Social Security Institution (SGK) and the Ministry of Labor, determines insurance premium incentives that employers can benefit from, and finds solutions to employers’ problems in the field of social security legislation.

His main areas of expertise are social security law, occupational accident and disease insurance, disability, old age and death insurance, and minimum wage practices.

Fatih Ahmet BAKIR is married with two children and speaks English.
