Pınar Solyalı specializes in international tax consultancy and transfer pricing and has extensive experience in restructuring projects such as tax auditing, international tax advisory services, transfer pricing practices, (tax free) spin-offs, mergers, and acquisitions.

Pınar Solyalı graduated from Bilkent University as a high honour student. While she was at university, she resided in England for 6 months and in the USA for 3 months to work and study. She completed her LL.M. in International Tax Law at King’s College London as the receiver of Dickson Poon School of Law Prize for the best student on the LLM in International Tax Law. She also successfully completed the ADIT qualification criteria, which is a globally recognized qualification in the international tax field, organized by the United Kingdom Chartered Institute of Taxation.

After graduating from university, she worked as a tax auditor and transfer pricing specialist in large tax audit and consultancy firms and worked as a tax analyst in one of the leading companies on the stock exchange in the FMCG sector.

Solyalı joined NAZALI in March 2016 and since then she has been working as an executive on transfer pricing, international restructuring, international tax consultancy and inspection consultancy and was made a partner in 2022.
