Nigar Tunç Yılmaz was born in Istanbul in 1985. After completing her secondary education in Istanbul, she began her undergraduate studies in the Department of Finance at Sivas Cumhuriyet University and later completed her bachelor’s degree at Anadolu University.

She started her career in the finance sector in 2009, and since 2011, she has specialized in human resources, gaining significant experience in managing payroll processes within various private sector service companies. She has extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in labor law, social security legislation, payroll audits, budgeting and cost analysis, team management, and process improvement.

Since 2024, she has been serving as Payroll Manager at NAZALI Tax & Legal. Together with her team, she manages payroll processes end-to-end, ensuring full compliance with legal regulations, operational excellence, and delivering sustainable solutions to clients.
