Sibel UNCU has specialized in social security law for over twenty years, combining extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.
She possesses in-depth knowledge and broad experience across various areas of social security legislation, particularly in employer procedures, insurance registration, social security premium incentives, retirement, occupational accidents and diseases, and minimum labor cost assessments.
She successfully completed undergraduate degrees in Computer Programming, Business Administration, and Law.
She began her career at the Social Security Institution in 2005, where she served in various positions for nearly 15 years, including roles as Social Security Inspector and Deputy Director.
From 2013 to 2024, she worked at the Revenue Administration as an Assistant Revenue Specialist.
She graduated from law school in 2020 and completed her legal internship in 2023, becoming a registered attorney with the Istanbul Bar Association.
She also holds official qualifications in mediation and expert witnessing.
Since 2022, she has been working in the private sector as a social security consultant, with a focus on social security legislation, incentives, and social security law.
