Ömer Emen specializes in tax auditing and consultancy and has extensive experience in restructuring projects such as tax audit (full certification, tax due-diligence, special purpose audits) and consultancy services (Turkish Tax Law and practices), (tax-free) spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has extensive experience and knowledge on tax inspections, R&D incentives, reduced corporate tax applications within the scope of investment incentive certificate, taxation of wage income and local/international company restructuring.

After completing his undergraduate education in 2011, he provided full certification, tax consultancy and due-diligence services to local and foreign companies/investors for four years in the tax department of a company that provides international tax and accounting consultancy.

Ömer Emen joined Nazalı in 2015 and has been working as a partner in full certification, tax consultancy, VAT refund services and R&D consultancy services since 2022.

He has more than twenty articles published in sectoral journals in Turkey.
