Nurefşan Torlak Kandemir graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law with a scholarship in 2016, as one of the top 100 successful people in the university entrance exam in Turkey.

Since her graduation, she has been working in the field of Labour Law, including her legal internship, and has been providing consultancy services to her clients within the scope of Labour Law legislation with more than five years of experience.

Kandemir, who joined Nazalı Social Security and Labour Law team in June 2021 as a Senior Associate, speaks advanced English and also maintains relations with international clients. In addition, she completed her master’s degree in IT Law at Bahçeşehir University in 2018 in order to follow the agenda and developing technologies within the framework of Labour Law, which is her field of expertise.
