Bilkent University, the Department of Banking and Finance graduate Esma Parmak Kahraman started working as a tax specialist in the Turkey Office of one of the main players of the sector until the end of 2004.

Later, she worked as a financial controller, internal auditor, internal audit country manager, cost accounting and financial audit coordinator and finance director in leading companies. During her career, Kahraman gained extensive experience in local and international taxation, domestic and international tax audits, company mergers, foreign company establishments, international accounting, reporting, and auditing in a wide range of sectors. She mostly focuses Gulf Countries, North and East Africa and European countries.

Kahraman joined NAZALI as the Africa Desk Director in 2019 and has been working in Casablanca with a team of 10 as NAZALI Morocco Office country officer and partner since January 2020. NAZALI Morocco Office provides a wide range of services to many Turkish and international companies operating in Morocco in company formation to liquidation, mergers and acquisitions, tax, accounting, auditing, corporate law, contract consultancy, and commercial disputes.

Kahraman has Certified Public Accountant Certificate, Independent Auditor and Risk Management Assurance Certificate (CRMA) and is fluent in English and French.
