Altinay Sheralieva has solid experience with regards to the Russian Federation and CIS jurisdictions. She had worked as legal counsel of international investment projects, she is experienced in a wide range of issues, including, legal due diligence, merger and acquisitions, corporate law, contracts law.

In 2013 she had joined international construction company as legal counsel, had negotiated and drafted contracts within the turn-key construction projects. As of 2017 she had worked as legal counsel of aviation company, had been responsible for cross-border investment projects and had represented aviation company in the courts of Russian Federation.

As of 2019 Altinay works in the Nazalı Moscow Office. She provides legal consultancy to the Turkish companies doing business in Russian Federation and represents them in local courts.
